Since the fall of 2010, we have almost exclusively ministered in Latvia and other countries in Europe.
After accepting an invitation to come and teach at the Baltic School of Ministry (BSM), the Lord touched our hearts with a love for the people of Latvia. From that moment, we began visiting the country 2 to 3 times a year, and eventually lived there from the middle of 2016 to the end of 2017.
When there, we serve the bishops and pastors of both the Russian and Latvian unions of churches. This ministry includes teaching at BSM, churches throughout the country, summer youth camps, History Makers Youth Organization, and Hope for Children.
From these relationships, God then opened the doors and for us to minister in Estonia, Norway, and Germany.
From 1995 thru 1997, the Linser family lived and served in Paris, France.
Africa

Prior to the Lord focusing our efforts in Europe, we spent an extended time during the beginning of 2010 helping to establish a church plant in Botswana, Africa.
As part of a joint effort with friend Michael Tomasulo who heads Evangelistic Ministries International (EMI), we helped confirm the local pastor, secured a facility and vehicle, along with serving other nearby ministries and churches at the time.
Since that time Christ the Rock Community Church has grown and expanded with a children’s ministry called Gabriel’s House that feeds and ministers to children in 5 locations, a bible/discipling school, ministry in local schools and other outreaches. Pastor G. Kiti and his wife have done a wonderful job, along with the faithful ministry of Scott and Alanna Jennings from the States.
We help provide monthly financial support and online encouragement in addition to our ministry when visiting the country.
South America

In 2018, we made our first trip to Cuenca, Ecuador to visit our friends Bobby and Lori Leek, and serve them and their church over a two week period.
We had the opportunity to minister to their youth, praise and worship team, the church, and their discipling group called Legacy. Since that time we have been back to minister a marriage seminar, serve on a medical mission, speak on national television, serve a elementary school with painting, along with church services. The Leeks are doing an incredible job of sharing the gospel, speaking a message of love and following it up with acts of service and kindness.
Years ago, we took a team of twelve into the jungle of Peru and spent two weeks ministering in the remote village of Obenteni, with a population of about 300 people. During our time there, part of the team helped dig and lay the foundation for a church building, others spent time ministering in the elementary school, while the rest hiked to another school for older students, in addition to a VBS type ministry to the church youth. We also had the opportunity to minister and help at the small medical facility During the evenings we held church and outreach services.

Celebration Community Church is located in Bordentown, New Jersey, and will soon celebrate its 50 year anniversary!
Lifted Hands is based there as well.
Although our primary focus is abroad, we are always open to serving in other places within the United States if we can be of help.
